Cold water therapy doesn't need to mean a trip to a specialist facility. The Lay-Z-Spa Glacial Dip Pro Ice Bath Cold Plunge Recovery Tub is a rigid inflatable ice bath built for genuine cold plunging at home — submerge yourself in the icy water to refresh your body and mind, with a design equally suited to first-time plungers and experienced cold therapy enthusiasts. Ideal for home athlete recovery routines and anyone building cold exposure into a regular wellness practice.
Crafted from FortiFiber drop-stitch material, the Glacial Dip Pro's thousands of tightly woven threads create a rigid, supportive wall that's still light enough to move and store. A Polar-Shield weather-defence liner keeps the material flexible in low temperatures, so it performs reliably whether you're plunging in summer or the depths of winter. A reinforced Tritech cover locks in the chill and keeps debris out between sessions, and quick hand-pump setup with easy deflation means it packs away into a genuinely compact footprint.
It comfortably fits 1-2 people with generous, ergonomic depth, making it a practical option for solo recovery sessions or plunging alongside a training partner.
Yes — the Glacial Dip Pro includes a 1,249 L/h filter pump, keeping water clear with minimal maintenance so it's ready to go for your next session rather than requiring a full refill every time.
