The Lay-Z-Spa Glacial Dip Ice Bath Cold Plunge Recovery Tub is designed in the UK by water experts, with the same care and know-how behind the Lay-Z-Spa name people have trusted for years. A stable frame, comfortable full-body immersion, and advanced filtration come together to make cold therapy effortless and effective, whether it's your first plunge or part of a daily routine. Ideal for shared home recovery sessions where more than one person wants to plunge without queuing for the tub.
With a generous 431L capacity, the tub allows full-body cold immersion for up to two people without taking over your space. It's held together by a corrosion-resistant galvanised steel Quick Connect frame and a puncture-resistant 3-layer Tritech liner, both built to stand up to regular, repeated plunges rather than the occasional dip. A powerful 1,249 L/h filter pump keeps the water crystal clear for longer with less maintenance, while the reinforced cover with inflatable lid locks in the chill, blocks rain build-up, and keeps debris out between sessions.
The tub comfortably fits 1-2 people, giving you a spacious enough footprint for cold therapy to be a shared routine rather than a strictly solo one.
The Quick Connect pole system sets up in around 10 minutes, so you spend far more time plunging than assembling.
Yes — the 1,249 L/h filter pump keeps water cleaner for longer with minimal maintenance, and the reinforced cover with inflatable lid keeps rain and debris out when the tub isn't in use.
