Glacial Dip Ice Bath Cold Plunge Recovery Pod

Cold Therapy That Fits Where You Do

Not everyone has a corner of the garden to spare for a full-size cold plunge, and that's exactly what the Lay-Z-Spa Glacial Dip Ice Bath Cold Plunge Recovery Pod solves. It's a compact, single-person cold plunge designed in the UK by water experts, built with the same care and know-how behind the Lay-Z-Spa name, and made to turn cold water therapy into something effortless rather than a project. Ideal for small garden or balcony recovery setups where a full-size tub simply won't fit.

The Story: A Rigid, Space-Saving Build

The pod's rigid, round construction offers stable, comfortable immersion in a footprint that suits smaller gardens, balconies, and indoor spaces alike. A dedicated filter pump keeps the water crystal clear with minimal maintenance, so the pod stays ready to use session after session, and a reinforced cover locks in the chill and keeps out debris between plunges.

How many people is the pod designed for?
