The tub itself is crafted from highly ecological larch wood sourced from Siberia, chosen for its natural resistance to rot and its dense, long-lasting grain. Ready-made benches and a considered build finish give the interior a premium feel rather than a self-assembly kit look.
Heating comes from a genuine Ignis-V40 aluminium external heater, offered at 40kW or 50kW, bringing the water to a comfortable 38°C within roughly 2–4 hours. Positioning the furnace outside the barrel rather than inside it frees up more usable soaking space for the same diameter, and makes the heater easier to load and tend. Because it's genuine aluminium construction, it's built specifically to resist corrosion — so it keeps working reliably through repeated seasons outdoors, rather than needing replacement after a year or two.
How long before the family can actually get in?
Once the Ignis-V40 external heater is running, water reaches around 38°C in roughly 2 to 4 hours, depending on conditions — no need to plan hours in advance.
Will this fit in a typical family garden without planning permission?
