A round wood-fired hot tub crafted from premium Siberian spruce, sized for up to four people and built specifically for year-round outdoor use — not a fair-weather piece of garden furniture. At 1.7 metres in diameter, it offers a generous soak for families or small groups, equally enjoyable on a warm summer evening or a cold winter night. It arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use, with no foundation or building permit required.
Heat comes from the Ignis-S30, a genuine 30kW internal aluminium stove with seawater-resistant construction. Sitting the heater within the tub gives efficient, even warmth across the whole soaking area. The spruce exterior is treated with wood oil for protection against mould and weathering, and the base feet are impregnated and weatherproof for long-term outdoor durability — small details that separate a tub built to last from one that needs replacing after a couple of winters.
Two adjustable stainless steel bands hold the barrel construction secure, and a dedicated partition wall separates the heater from the soaking area for comfort and safety.
Does this tub need a pump or electricity to run?
No — the Ignis-S30 internal stove heats the water via wood fire, with no electricity or pump required to run the heating system.
Is this tub genuinely usable in winter, not just summer?
Yes — it's specifically built for year-round outdoor use, and the internal heater plus weatherproofed base and oil-treated exterior are designed to hold up through UK winters, not just warmer months.
Do I need planning permission or a foundation first?
No — it arrives fully assembled and requires no foundation or building permit, so it can be placed directly on a suitable surface.
