You don't need a sprawling garden to have a proper wood-fired soak. This 2-person wooden hot tub is built to slot into tight courtyards, patios, and smaller gardens, delivering a genuine outdoor bathing experience without the footprint of a full-size spa. Made from high-quality spruce wood, it's ready to use in around 10 minutes and light enough to relocate wherever you need it — perfect for balcony-adjacent gardens, glamping site upgrades, or anyone easing into wood-fired bathing for the first time.
At the heart of the tub sits a genuine 40kW seawater-resistant aluminium Ignis-V40 heater, fitted externally so it leaves more usable soaking room inside the barrel of the same diameter, and it's easier to load and tend than an internal alternative. The aluminium construction is chosen specifically to resist corrosion, giving you reliable heating season after season rather than a heater that degrades after a couple of years outdoors.
Inside the box, you get everything needed to get soaking: the wooden hot tub itself, the Ignis-V40 stove with 2m chimney, ready-made benches, a two-step spruce ladder, and a wooden bathtub plug for draining. No separate parts to source, no assembly beyond connecting the stove.
How long does this hot tub take to set up and heat?
It's ready to use in approximately 10 minutes once positioned, and the external aluminium heater brings the water up to temperature without needing electricity or a pump.
Is this suitable for a small garden or courtyard?
Yes — at 4.26ft in diameter, this is one of the more compact wood-fired tubs available, built specifically for tight outdoor spaces where a full 6-person tub wouldn't fit.
Can I move it once it's set up?
Yes — its compact footprint and lightweight spruce construction make it easy to relocate around the garden, or take with you if you move house.
